At Alcôve Hair, we want you to love your locks, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RA.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
